Shipping Policy:
Merlin Bird Supplies, LLC will ensure that our customers are receiving the best deals for shipping prices. It may be necessary at times for us to modify the primary shipping carrier chosen to a
secondary carrier to reflect the least expensive delivery price available. Please also remember that UPS does not deliver on Saturdays like USPS.

Our primary shipping vendor is UPS however; USPS is preferred for smaller orders and orders with light weight merchandise. If your order fits the requirements for USPS we will notify you of the change and
difference in cost via e-mail. If you approve of the change we will credit back the difference to your credit card.If
you prefer to stay with UPS no changes will be made.

Please remember that depending on the size of your order,not all orders will arrive at once in the same box. If an order falls into the oversize category an email will be sent to you notifying you of the change in
cost of shipping for the oversize item and your bank card will be charged accordingly pending approval from you.
E-mails will always be sent to you before any manual changes in total price occur after you have checked out whether it is a decrease or increase in price total (Note: this is only for changes in your total sales
transaction once you have checked out; this does not reflect changes in merchandise price prior to your final sales transaction).

Your information is transmitted on servers located in the United States, and your data and your personal information are protected against unauthorized access and disclosure.

Drop Shipments:
Drop shipping is a service we also provide. We will ship directly to your customer with your return address and contact information. You are responsible for the shipping costs and a 5% packaging and handling charge. The online catalog provides weights of the shippable items so you can estimate the shipping charges. Catalog weights are to the nearest pound, rounded up; minimum weight for any item is one (1) pound. Remember to consider the weight of the box and packing materials when determining shipping costs. Drop shipments are only accepted with credit card payment at the time the order is placed. All drop ship orders sent third party will be assessed a $0.50 processing fee. Drop ship orders are accepted by e-mail only.

Refund and Return Policy for Product Orders:
Merlin Bird Supplies, LLC wants your complete satisfaction with your purchases. We will accept items returned within 7 days and award a full refund of the product cost minus a 5% restocking fee deducted from the refund. Food items must be returned unopened for a credit unless there is a problem with the product. We will pay the return shipping costs if an item is being returned due to our error or a faulty product. If you are missing an item or received the wrong item, please let us know.

Return Procedures:
Please contact us before returning any merchandise using our Contact Form or call 360.548.3435. Send the merchandise via original carrier. Please use the original packing material. If you need assistance in shipping the merchandise back, let us know.
